Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Support online and in store shoppers of merchandise
- Leverage vast online resources & training to resolve customer inquiries
- Contribute to a high energy environment that provides guests with an entertaining, fun and dynamic experience
Position Requirements Include:
- Guest Service experience preferred
- Ability to demonstrate strong guest-focused engagement over the phone and via email
- Ability to listen, defuse/stay calm to quickly research and resolve inquiries
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
