Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Guidance Specialist (Clinical EAP Intake and Triage) - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical intakes and refer clients to appropriate resources
• Resolve client issues and identify resources to ensure satisfaction
• Educate clients about resources, eligibility, and services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Experience in a social service, clinical, healthcare, or insurance environment
• Clinical assessment experience in mental health, chemical dependency, and crisis stabilization preferred
• High-speed internet and a professional workspace free from distractions
