• Manage multiple active loan files from intake through closing readiness
• Process construction, DSCR, fix-and-flip, and bridge loans, ensuring documentation is complete and conditions are tracked
• Order and follow up on third-party items, escalating delays as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Construction loan processing experience (required)
• DSCR processing experience (required)
• Fix-and-flip and bridge file processing experience (required)
• Investor non-owner-occupied lending processing experience (required)
• Private money or hard money background preferred
