Job Summary
A consumer behavior company has an open position for a Remote Hardship Collections Representative in the Columbus Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Work with past due customers to setup Hardship plans
- Take transfer calls from our peers in customer care and early stage collections
- Monitor trends and track progress of accounts assigned to the queues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel to care center site as needed
- Must be able to attend 4 weeks of training 02/15/2021- 03/12/2021 from 8:30am-5:00pm
- Must reside within a 60-mile radius of the Care Center
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education
