Job Summary
A banking company is filling a position for a Remote Hardship Relief Taskforce Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Educating borrowers on loss mitigation options
- Handling Inbound/Outbound Customer Contacts by telephone
- Adhering to department guidelines
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent required
- 1 year customer service/collections in an inbound/outbound call center environment or sales experience
- Ability to navigate quickly within various computer programs
- Understanding of MS Office Suite with intermediate technical and computer skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to think quickly under pressure
- Ability to handle high call volume and answer customer questions in a timely manner
