Job Summary

A banking company is filling a position for a Remote Hardship Relief Taskforce Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Educating borrowers on loss mitigation options
  • Handling Inbound/Outbound Customer Contacts by telephone
  • Adhering to department guidelines

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent required
  • 1 year customer service/collections in an inbound/outbound call center environment or sales experience
  • Ability to navigate quickly within various computer programs
  • Understanding of MS Office Suite with intermediate technical and computer skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to think quickly under pressure
  • Ability to handle high call volume and answer customer questions in a timely manner
