Job Summary
A full-service bank and national mortgage originato is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Hardship Relief Taskforce Agent .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling Inbound/Outbound Customer Contacts by Telephone
- Creating and Maintaining Documentation of Calls
- Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Reliable Home High Speed Internet required
- HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
- 1 year customer service/collections in an inbound/outbound call center environment or sales experience.
- Understanding of MS Office Suite with intermediate technical and computer skills
