Job Summary
A computer company has a current position open for a Remote Hardware Asset Management Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the Asset Analysts
- Analyzing customer's existing AM policies
- Ensuring that the delivery of the service meets all requirements as defined in the service agreement
Qualifications for this position include:
- Project management and customer management skills
- Proven leader able to function within a matrix and cross-functional organization
- In-depth of understanding in hardware asset management policies, procedures and ITAM best practices
- Good analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years with a Master's degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
