Job Summary
A financial technology company has an open position for a Remote Hardware Marketing Creative Senior Art Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Translating brand and product strategy into powerful and purposeful creative concepts
- Overseeing and helping design concepts, assets, and visual treatments across different media and marketing channels, working with both the creative team and external agencies
- Working with partners across Square to guarantee an integrated brand experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of relevant experience, 3+ years of leadership experience
- Experience recruiting, motivating, and managing a team of experienced creatives
- Advanced design and storytelling skills, covering multiple formats and channels
- Working knowledge of production and asset creation in print, digital and video workflows
- A good understanding of performance and awareness marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience partnering with copywriters, designers, engineers, program managers and product marketers
