Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate additional hardware requests and ensure fulfillment according to client standards
• Conduct hardware meetings and provide progress reports to relevant teams
• Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes and maintain accurate inventory counts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field (7+ years)
• Experience in hardware support and inventory management
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for tracking requests and invoices
• Ability to collaborate with vendors and internal teams effectively
• Knowledge of hardware retirement and disposal processes
