Job Summary
A healthcare solutions company is seeking a Remote HCC Coder and Auditor.
Must be able to:
- Review a patient's complete record and assigning ICD-10-CM codes
- Build solid, profitable relationships with clientele and internal staff
- Maintain consistent coding accuracy rate of 95% or better
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 2 years coding experience required
- Knowledge of health systems operations
- Demonstrate ability to perform accurate and complete chart reviews for HCC/risk adjustment
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, and attention to detail skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify and communicate trends in provider coding and documentation
- Must possess an approved AHIMA or AAPC coding credential in addition to CRC credential
