Job Summary

A cybersecurity company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote HCM Analyst and Reporting Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Designing, building, testing, and deploying custom reports in Workday
• Maintaining and customizing existing dashboards and develop new dashboards when needed
• Developing EIBs and enable RaaS for data distribution

Qualifications Include:

• BA/BS or equivalent with 4+ years HR technology experience in a global, fast-paced environment
• Functional experience in Workday, including deep knowledge of reporting technologies
• Functional knowledge of general HCM data management, technical knowledge of EIB data loads a
• A background in developing and supporting complex calculated fields
