Job Summary
A fruit spreads, ice cream toppings, and beverage manufacturer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote HCM and Benefits HRIS Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing technical and strategic input and recommendations during the project planning phase
- Managing, prioritizing, and tracking the status of multiple, concurrent ongoing projects
- Leading Workday HCM and Benefit projects through solution design, testing, and implementation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of HRIS experience
- 7+ years of HR, IS or comparable experience in roles of increasing responsibility
- Hands-on experience with Workday system
- 3+ years of experience as lead/owner of significant system or system functionality
- Microsoft tools and applications
- Advanced understanding of general HR processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements
