Job Summary
A cloud-based benefits software solutions company has a current position open for a Remote HCM and EDI Integration Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with new customers during implementation or existing customers
- Facilitating discovery sessions, integration and functionality overviews, training, and project meetings
- Acting as a liaison to translate customer requirements and feedback to and from the customer and internal teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA/BS degree
- 5-7 years of experience with data exchange
- Experience with systems integration and field-level interface design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer relationship management/consulting experience
- Experience with benefits administration systems and/or knowledge of benefit structures
