Job Summary

An IT company is seeking a Remote HCM Associate Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identifying and analyzing business needs and requirements
  • Assisting in leading the Workday implementation process
  • Performing testing and deployment systems integration

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Bachelor’s or 7+ years experience in a Human Resource discipline
  • 3+ years project consulting experience with HCM implementations
  • Advanced knowledge of IT design principles
  • Ability to develop complex functional designs
  • Involvement in at least one full Workday implementation
