Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote HCM Cloud Services Principal Consultant in New York City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Troubleshooting issues
- Conducting business process analysis
- Acting as the functional lead/technical lead for consulting delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel 25%
- 2+ yr of experience in at least 3 of these areas will be required: OracleHCM Global (Core) HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), or Payroll.
- 4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
- 2+ years of cloud technology implementation and project management and/or Functional / Technical Lead experience required
