Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote HCM Customer Engagement Director in Alpharetta.

Must be able to:

  • Achieve revenue and business cases goals defined in our contracts with customers within the term of the agreements
  • Improve customer retention and reference-ability by delivering region or industry target rates for Contract renewal
  • Oversee the delivery of HCM Solutions within a region or industry

Position Requirements Include:

  • Willingness to travel
  • 10-12 years senior level experience leading a successful organization or team
  • Demonstrated understanding of HCM processes and issues
  • Experience in a complex matrix organization
  • Demonstrated experience in program management and client management
  • Proven ability to identify specific Customer opportunities and convert them into Customer strategic plan
