Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote HCM Customer Engagement Director in Alpharetta.
Must be able to:
- Achieve revenue and business cases goals defined in our contracts with customers within the term of the agreements
- Improve customer retention and reference-ability by delivering region or industry target rates for Contract renewal
- Oversee the delivery of HCM Solutions within a region or industry
Position Requirements Include:
- Willingness to travel
- 10-12 years senior level experience leading a successful organization or team
- Demonstrated understanding of HCM processes and issues
- Experience in a complex matrix organization
- Demonstrated experience in program management and client management
- Proven ability to identify specific Customer opportunities and convert them into Customer strategic plan
