Job Summary

A Workday services and consulting company is seeking a Remote HCM Financials AMS Analyst II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Adher to the current project management methodology
  • Analyze and document problem, recommend solutions, initiate corrective actions
  • Coordinate, troubleshoot and manage system issues to resolution

Required Skills:

  • Experience in timeline management, issue tracking, and configuration execution
  • Functional experience with Business Processes, Security and Reporting
  • 1-3 years of technical support/functional experience/training in HCM, Payroll, Benefits or Time and Absence
  • Experience in managing relationships and SLA's with 3rd party ticketing system
