Job Summary
A global life sciences company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote HCM Functional Leader.
Must be able to:
- Partner with project team to understand business requirements and key drivers behind those objectives
- Provide a deep level of subject matter expertise in Workday HCM
- Manage all aspects of Workday functional implementations / projects
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience managing people
- 5 plus years of experience in implementing Workday HCM projects
- Strong project management, problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong HR process knowledge across the employee lifecycle
- Experience leading 2 or more large scale global Workday HCM projects
