Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote HCM Implementation Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collecting, analyzing and configuring the migration of company and colleague data to the new product
- Consulting with customer to understand current processes and system configuration
- Providing training services to customers and partners around the implementation process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS/BA Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Business or Computer Science or equivalent work experience required
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Strong working knowledge of business processes
- Superior organizational skills – able to self-manage assignments, travel arrangements etc.
- Strong communication skills
