Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote HCM Implementation Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Collecting, analyzing and configuring the migration of company and colleague data to the new product
  • Consulting with customer to understand current processes and system configuration
  • Providing training services to customers and partners around the implementation process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS/BA Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Business or Computer Science or equivalent work experience required
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Strong working knowledge of business processes
  • Superior organizational skills – able to self-manage assignments, travel arrangements etc.
  • Strong communication skills
