Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote HCM Implementation Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping mentor new consultants
  • Providing the Engagement Manager with status reports
  • Working with the client to help convert legacy data

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • 3+ years implementing at least one of the HCM solutions
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  • Bachelor degree or relevant experience required
