Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote HCM Oracle Business Analyst IV.

Must be able to:

  • Support all functional aspects of an Oracle Cloud ERP system
  • Participate in all phases of the system development lifecycle and create and execute test scenarios
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and work closely with end users

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM in at least one or more: Career Development, Goal Management, Performance Management,
  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM in at least one or more: Recruiting, Talent & Succession Management, Workforce Compensation
  • Experience with the implementation lifecycle and support for at least 1 Oracle HCM Cloud project
