Job Summary

A human resources software developer has an open position for a Remote HCM Platform Performance Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Develop in C#
  • Work with continuous integration systems
  • Instrument front-end (e.g. JavaScript) to back-end

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience (5+ yrs) implementing and maintaining performance testing suites using tools
  • Experience with real-time site evaluation tools (e.g. AppDynamics)
  • Must understand DB bottlenecks, HTTP protocol, web applications, and caching infrastructures
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum development shop
  • Commitment to documentation best practices
  • Experience working in a .net environment
