Job Summary

An enterprise payroll and accounting software firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote HCM SaaS Software Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Lead the Software Engineering team in an agile environment to add features to our cloud software and refine user experience
  • Lead technical design and architecture for the projects
  • Deliver high-quality code and features with a high degree of ownership

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in all phases of application software development/maintenance life cycles
  • 2+ years of experience of managing and developing a team of Software Engineers
  • Experience with modern JavaScript development, with frameworks such as Angular, Node.js, Express etc
