Job Summary

A data analytics company is seeking a Remote HCM Systems Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage requirements gathering, implement, test, deploy and support functionalities within our HCM software
  • Act as HR systems’ configuration expert, partnering closely with points of contact for each of the functional areas
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's in computer science, info systems, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in strategic planning, business development or client management
  • Three to five years of team leadership/management experience
  • 5-7 years of HR information systems management experience with a broad range of exposure to various HR environments
  • Three or more years of experience with project management (Agile/Waterfall)
  • Three or more years of technical experience with Workday HCM platform
