Job Summary
An insurance provider based out of Michigan is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote HDC Platform Engineering Manager in Traverse City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead the development team initiatives for the HDC Platform and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery from the teams they support
- Oversee and manage the software delivery of an internal and an overseas engineering team
- Work with the product manager(s) to ensure alignment and delivery on strategic product implementations
Qualifications Include:
- Experience influencing others to implement and mature development practices
- Experience with enterprise grade programming languages such as TypeScript, .NET, Java
- Experience implementing large scale, front end applications, React preferred
- Experience with system to system, CRM, ERP, OMS, software integration patterns and development best practices
- Experience in test automation frameworks and implementing automated test suits within CI/CD pipelines
- Experience managing vendors and third-party consultants
