An internet company is in need of a Remote Head of Customer Success.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of customer success managers and specialists
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a related field
