A software design company is seeking a Remote Head of Data.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating a common data framework so that all company data can be analyzed in a unified manner
- Drive the scope and effectiveness of the Data function
- Work with all functions of the company and executive management to guide a holistic vision
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience leading a data team and hiring across the core four data roles
- Experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience in people management
- Previous examples of cross-functional prioritization
- Experience working with a Modern Data Stack, including Snowflake and dbt
