Remote Head of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Finance (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial support and insights for the senior leadership team
• Oversee the preparation and audit of consolidated financial statements
• Lead the sourcing and implementation of new accounting/ERP software

Qualifications and Attributes

• Professionally qualified accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAS, CPA) or equivalent
• A minimum of 15+ years' post-qualification experience in finance or accounting
• Leadership and team management experience
• Strong understanding of accounting frameworks (IFRS; US GAAP)
• Prior experience with ERP system implementation is desirable
