Job Summary

A payment technology company is filling a position for a Remote Head of Growth Marketing Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Own strategy and plan and team for Growth Marketing
• Designing and implementing growth by using paid and owned channels and robust experimentation methods
• Designing, analyzing, automating and and optimizing acquisition, activation and retention funnel

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of Performance Marketing and Acquisition/Lifecycle Marketing
• A successful track record of building and executing growth strategies for start-up
• Deep technical and marketing technology background with tools and platforms
• Strong leadership presence to serve as a senior leader within the company
• Skilled in building and managing successful digital advertising campaigns using Facebook
• Familiarity with Influencer marketing, ideally in the millennial demographic
