Job Summary
A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Head of People.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and growing the People team
- Acting as a strategic partner to the senior leaders
- Acting as a DEI advocate
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in a team from 100 to >300 employees as a People Lead or working closely with the people lead
- Experience managing a team and ensuring individual growth and excellent work
- Knowledge about how to put organization-wide processes
- Excellent knowledge of US labor law and compliance in a multinational organization
- Experience with executive stakeholders; an excellent coach to senior managers
- A good understanding of People Analytics
