Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Hitting our head counts number of people by end of year
- Creating a sense of company belonging with online and offline events
- Owning the culture, building rituals to have the team lives and breathes it
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1-3 years Leadership Experience (Manager, Director etc)
- 5+ years as an HR ProfessionalHumble and Growth mindset
- Ability to develop people
- Ability to hire A Players
