Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Head of Sales Operations.

Must be able to:

  • Help maintain a 24-48 hour turnaround time on all advertiser and publisher requests
  • Manage the Operations team to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
  • Provide technical support directly to clients as needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 8+ years of experience in advertising or programmatic operations, client success, or account management
  • Experience with GIT
  • Knowledge of task tracking systems (such as JIRA or Hubspot)
  • Experience with Google Docs
  • Experience with email client testing, email best practices, and email development
