Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Head of Sales Operations.

Must be able to:

Help maintain a 24-48 hour turnaround time on all advertiser and publisher requests
Manage the Operations team to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
Provide technical support directly to clients as needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

8+ years of experience in advertising or programmatic operations, client success, or account management
Experience with GIT
Knowledge of task tracking systems (such as JIRA or Hubspot)
Experience with Google Docs
Experience with email client testing, email best practices, and email development
