Job Summary
A wellness technology company is in need of a Remote Head of Talent Acquisition.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Create equitable, efficient, and comprehensive recruiting practices
- Evaluate and iterate upon current Talent Operations, leveraging technology and automation
- Analyze metrics to help guide decision-making, measure team productivity and satisfaction
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to coach hiring managers on talent acquisition hiring practices
- Must be able to innovate methods to fill key/difficult-to-fill/niche roles
- Must be able to create meaningful TA programs
- Must be able to evaluate external labor market conditions, hiring trends, turnover rates, and candidate survey feedback
