A health advisory firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Health Advisor and Case Manager in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Provide high-touch, customer service to our member
- Coordinate all aspects of the Member’s healthcare
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Master's degree required in social work or other health related field, or RN certification
- Background in medical social work, nursing, case management, or related background
- Minimum of 5 years in clinical medicine, direct patient care, or case management
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM database systems, and research required
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, English fluency a must
