A global insurance and risk management firm is in need of a Remote Health and Benefits Paralegal in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting multiple client projects involving health and welfare benefit plan design
  • Researching various compliance issues
  • Participating in compliance audits and benefits administration/process improvement reviews

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience within employee benefits
  • Proven experience and success in employee health and welfare benefit consulting
  • Knowledge of IRC, ERISA, HIPAA and other relevant laws and regulations
