Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Health and Benefits Software Strategic Partner Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting limited number of referral/tech partnerships including broker coordination
• Owning and leading the development of consulting and brokerage channel partners
• Developing a pipeline of opportunities through channel partners

Qualifications Include:

• Experience partnering with benefit consultants and brokers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle multiple partners and issues simultaneously
• Ability to successfully identify, build and maintain relationships with leadership and influencers throughout an organization
• 5+ years' health and benefits experience with a consulting/brokerage firm, insurance carrier or a role driving sales with consultants and brokers
