Job Summary
A provider of healthcare and clinical services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Health and Clinical Services Collections Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Research accounts with outstanding aging balances, contacting facilities and patients by phone as needed
- Document all collections activity and follow up as appropriate
- Respond to verbal and written client or responsible party inquiries and returned correspondence.
Position Requirements Include:
- Associate’s Degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with computers
- Ability to multi-task priorities
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with all internal/external customers/clients
- Must have excellent attention to detail
