A digital customer engagement services company is seeking a Remote Health and Fitness Customer Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working on a chat and ticket project
- Handling a small amount of calls
- Using Live Chat and email during the same shift
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with Freshdesk, Zendesk or something similar
- Ability to multitask (use Live Chat and email during the same shift)
- Customer service experience
- Great sense of empathy
- Able to work on own initiative
