A digital customer engagement services company is seeking a Remote Health and Fitness Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working on a chat and ticket project
  • Handling a small amount of calls
  • Using Live Chat and email during the same shift

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience with Freshdesk, Zendesk or something similar
  • Ability to multitask (use Live Chat and email during the same shift)
  • Customer service experience
  • Great sense of empathy
  • Able to work on own initiative
