A digital customer engagement services company is seeking a Remote Health and Fitness Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Working on a chat and ticket project
Handling a small amount of calls
Using Live Chat and email during the same shift

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Experience with Freshdesk, Zendesk or something similar
