Job Summary
A real estate company is in need of a Remote Health and Safety Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor injury, illness, and incident related performance within the geographical / contractual area of responsibility
- Act as a resource to staff and internal customers as the Health and Safety subject matter expert
- Implement all corporate Health and Safety initiatives, and communicate all corporate priorities
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors degree from four-year college or university
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and local health and safety, and environmental regulations
- Direct experience dealing with regulatory agencies and / or compliance officers
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues
