A digital publishing and technology platform has an open position for a Remote Health and Wellness Article Writer in Chicago.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create engaging, accurate, and shareable article content based on assigned topics
- Produce a consistent number of articles per cycle while consistently hitting deadlines
- Generate new article ideas and other ways to serve our audience in inventive and original ways
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years experience writing for an online audience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in English, Journalism, or related field
- Excellent writing skills and ability to craft a compelling, thought-provoking article
- Adept at journalistic and academic research; impeccable spelling, grammar, and organizational skills
- A thorough understanding and passion for women’s health and wellness
- Experience conducting first hand interviews for articles and a network of sources in the health world
