A health and wellness online app company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Health and Wellness Customer Experience Technical Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Resolving customers' day-to-day inquiries and issues through email and live chat

- Collaborating with team members to improve SOP’s, training materials, and documentation
