- Escalating trending issues to engineering and product teams to ensure technical issues are promptly resolved
- Addressing tech support and other customer concerns via email, social media posts, and app store reviews
Skills and Requirements Include:
- The ability to type 60+ words per minute
- 3+ years in customer service
- Excellent writing skills
- General Computer/Tablet/Smart Phone Knowledge
- An extremely flexible schedule including weekend and evening availability
