A company that provides fitness and club management software has an open position for a Remote Health and Wellness Customer Success Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing outstanding customer support through all support channels and ongoing management of tickets
- Building positive working relationships with customers by effectively communicating ticket status and resolution
- Creating documentation and knowledge base articles to improve service delivery
