Job Summary
A privately-held health and wellness company is in need of a Remote Health and Wellness Engagement Specialist I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to member concerns
- Actively outreach and engage with members to assist with appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reschedules
- Manage high volume of outbound and inbound calls, emails, chat, and texting communications in a timely manner
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with making/taking high volume of calls daily
- Customer first mentality that build high levels of customer satisfaction
- Strong written communication and documentation/note taking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Windows environment
- Proficient in navigating multiple screens simultaneously
