Job Summary
A privately-held health and wellness company has an open position for a Remote Health and Wellness Engagement Specialist I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Educate and motivate members
- Manage high volume of outbound and inbound calls, emails, chat, and texting communications
- Communicate to members clear instructions and education related to scheduled services utilizing appropriate guidelines
Qualifications for this position include:
- A High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with making/taking high volume of calls daily
- Customer first mentality that build high levels of customer satisfaction
- A strong work ethic, highly motivated to achieve sales and productivity goals
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong written communication and documentation/note taking skills
