Job Summary

A global wellness company is in need of a Remote Health and Wellness Implementation Customer Experience Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assembling and leading cross-organizational teams ensuring collaboration, engagement and ultimate execution of tasks
  • Leading implementation of initiatives across all operational areas that affect the Workshops business
  • Acting as first point of escalation on implementation projects

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to drive projects to completion
  • Experience working in multi- site, complex environment
  • Minimum five to seven years of related experience in project management, change management and operations
  • Proven record as a people leader
