Job Summary
A global wellness company is in need of a Remote Health and Wellness Implementation Customer Experience Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assembling and leading cross-organizational teams ensuring collaboration, engagement and ultimate execution of tasks
- Leading implementation of initiatives across all operational areas that affect the Workshops business
- Acting as first point of escalation on implementation projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to drive projects to completion
- Experience working in multi- site, complex environment
- Minimum five to seven years of related experience in project management, change management and operations
- Proven record as a people leader
