We are hiring a Health Assistant. This is predominantly a telecommute role with 10-15% onsite or in-office requirements. We are searching for passionate professionals with a checked ego and a healthy appetite for personal and professional growth within our innovative clinically consultative company. (Say that 10x fast!) Our clients need your help in researching clinicians, setting appointments and securing copies of records.

The health assistant role will average 15-25 hours per week.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for:

1. Corporate clients - OnPulse services offered through partnered employers, employees and their families

2. Self-paying individuals - those who do not received OnPulse services through their employer

Your day-to-day duties may include evidence-based research for complex care situations, crowd sourcing recommendations and referrals to local providers and collaborating with team members for cost-comparisons of scheduled procedures/treatments for our clients so we may ensure they have cost effective and quality options at their fingertips.

You may be scheduling appointments, attending a corporate onsite event or supporting a client and their OnPulse clinical team through a challenging health decision.

Above all, you must have high integrity to lead, support and influence the OnPulse clinical team while providing clarity and confidence to those you serve. Building caring and supportive relationships with our clients will enable you to achieve this goal!
