A nonprofit healthcare system needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Health Benefits Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing advice and creative solutions to the business
- Managing Benefit Function
- Planning, developing, and implementing benefit programs, policies, procedures
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years experience in Benefits areas with depth and breadth of benefit design and compliance
- 5 plus years in managing a team
- Must have computer skills
- Must be proficient with Windows-style applications
- Exellent project management skills
