Job Summary
An independent, not-for-profit health benefits organization has a current position open for a Remote Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Monitor the hiring, training and performance development activities within the unit
- Develop and implement policies and procedures consistent with internal and external requirements
- Participate in leadership programs and communicating with other major business areas in support of mutual goals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 years - Management and/or leadership experience required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5 years - Operations experience required
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis, plan, organize and coordinate multiple projects
- Analytical and decision making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
