Job Summary

A health benefit administration company has a current position open for a Remote Health Benefits Service Delivery Manager I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading and coordinating new employer onboarding
  • Solving complex problems and provide mentorship to our employers
  • Finding opportunities to drive employer adoption of our product suite

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Computer literacy required: Excel, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Webinar tools
  • Ability to maintain customer accounts through exceptional service
  • Demonstrate effective meeting management and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify and tackle employer needs
  • Ability to meet and execute on SLAs
  • Strong customer service focus, work ethic, and attention to detail in both quality and accuracy
