Job Summary
A health benefit administration company has a current position open for a Remote Health Benefits Service Delivery Manager I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and coordinating new employer onboarding
- Solving complex problems and provide mentorship to our employers
- Finding opportunities to drive employer adoption of our product suite
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Computer literacy required: Excel, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Webinar tools
- Ability to maintain customer accounts through exceptional service
- Demonstrate effective meeting management and presentation skills
- Ability to identify and tackle employer needs
- Ability to meet and execute on SLAs
- Strong customer service focus, work ethic, and attention to detail in both quality and accuracy
